Note: EZCast Beam V3 provides a Wi-Fi adapter that allows you to stream content wirelessly from you mobile device. If you want to watch online copyright protected movies, make sure your Android phone supports HDCP with Miracast so that you can stream videos with either EZMirror (Miracast) function designed in our app, or download Google Home app. Macbook users can only use Chrome browser casting to mirror online streaming content.

Beam V3 is also compatible with all popular TV sticks such as Amazon Fire TV stick and Roku, which supports Netflix, Amazon prime video, Hulu, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Beam V3 would not connect to my phone or Wifi/Wi-Fi dongle not working

A1: Please plug the Wi-Fi dongle with the text side facing UP into the "Wireless Kit" port of the projector instead of the "USB" port. Once it's attached, you can launch the projector and configure the Wi-Fi setting for Wireless casting.

Q2: How could I switch to Portrait mode?

A2: You could easily switch from Horizontal to Portrait cast mode in Settings directly.

Q3: There is no sound or the sound is too low at maximum volume.

A3: Please use the remote control or the button on the projector's control panel to adjust the volume instead of using mobile device to get the maximum volume.

Q4: How to adjust the image on Beam V3 projector?

A4: User could go to Advanced setting > Keystone Calibration to adjust the image manually if the image is not rectangular after auto calibration.

Q5: Why is the remote not working?

A5: Please check the battery of your remote control (battery is not included in the package due to shipping restrictions) and point it towards the screen.
