Flats: Flats or skimmers as they are sometimes called are shoes with flat heels, a closed toe and a slipper style construction. They are typically low cut showing a lot of the top of the foot.
Stilettos: The ultimate sexy shoe, stilettos are know for their high pointy thin heel. You can find stilettos in a variety of shoe styles and even boots.
Wedges: A wedge shoe is where the heel of the shoe runs under the foot from the back to the middle or front. As the name implies the “wedge” is shaped like a triangle and usually runs to the ball of the foot.
Sandals: An open type of footwear, sandals consist of a sole held to the foot by straps or thongs passing over the instep.
Clogs: Sometimes referred to as “mules” clogs have an open back with a closed toe, clogs have a platform heel with a thick and sturdy sole. Mules on the other hand have a more pronounced heel.
Pumps: Pumps are the most popular style of shoe for women. Pumps normally don’t have laces, buckles, straps or ties, with closed backs and low fronts, however over the years this has evolved.
